Fermac is owned and managed by its two founders, Gerry Fearon F.R.I.C.S and Niall O'Kane M.R.I.C.S, both highly experienced Chartered Surveyors. The company was established in 1996 and has grown from strength to strength during the intervening period, by focusing totally on end user requirements. An example of our focus on end-user requirements is the total Design Build provision of the award winning Millennium Forum which was created by Fermac for the Derry City Council/Derry City Trust. The end-users, of course, being the 100's of thousands of patrons to the theatre/forum and its vast range of activities. Fermac developed the site on behalf of the Local Authority, in effect as their development partner, harnessing the three core skills of Scheme Manager, Project Manager and Fund Manager-an excellent working example of a public and private partnership, for the benefit of the local community. The growing list of successful private housing schemes is a further demonstration of Fermacs focus on end-user requirements.
