MULLAGHBOY GLEN, MAGHERAFELT
Brochure (to save it on your PC use right-click and click on Save Target As )
Mullaghboy Glen offers an exciting choice of four house types, ranging from an attractive, spacious Town-House to a magnificent four bedroom Regency style Villa.
Mullaghboy Glen is ideally located, just minutes from Magherafelt town centre, and yet adjoins the open countryside of mid-Ulster, in a select area of similar high quality homes.
The development is accessed off Mullaghboy Lane, adjacent to Lisadell Drive, and slopes gently to the south with a warm sunny aspect.
Large landscaped areas, which will be professionally maintained, are planned to add to owner's privacy and that overall feeling of quality. A small annual levy will be charged to each home to cover ground maintenance of these areas.
We believe that Mullaghboy Glen will have a distinctive sense of "place and quality" and in addition to providing owners with a safe, comfortable and secure home, will also prove to be an excellent long-term investment.

-
Purchasers can pre - book the site of their choice from the available release list by payment of a £I,000 booking fee to the Selling Agents. The fee is an indication of good will and intent. -
Upon booking a new home, purchasers will be advised of a provisional date for the completion of their new home and the contract for sale will be forwarded to their nominated Solicitors.

When a booking deposit has been received and contracts have been issued to the purchaser's Solicitors, the developers undertake to stand by the price and specifications agreed at the date of booking for a period of 8 calendar weeks.
-
Completed contracts are to be returned to the builder's Solicitors within 8 weeks of their issue. Failure to return accepted contracts in time will release the Builder from any booking agreement and the Developer reserves the right to review the agreed terms.
-
The cost of any extras or changes to the normal specification agreed between the Builders and the purchasers may be deducted from the booking fee in the event of non-completion of the purchase.
-

-
The vendors will require details of the purchaser's financial/mortgage arrangements in order to monitor the progress of each sale.
