 Faustina Retail Park - Derry
Faustina Retail Park at Buncrana Road , L'Derry extending to 230,OOOsq ft and 1000+ level car park.
Work on this scheme commenced summer 2004, again after a lengthy site acquisition programme. The anchor tenant is a B&Q Warehouse of 102,OOOsq ft.
This scheme represents a £52M investment by Fermac into the retail infrastructure of the north west of Ireland .
Off-site works include extensive road widening, junction improvements and the provision of a new five arm roundabout.
On completion, the scheme will be a major attraction within a hinterland of some 350,000 potential customers.
